General Information

The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the specific tooth involved, the type of treatment necessary and the extent of treatment.  During your first visit we will discuss the options available to you, their relative success rates, the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved.  The approximate range of fees is between $1000-$2500.

Southwest Endodontics is contracted with and providers for the following insurance plans:  Delta Dental Premier, Diversified Insurance, Metlife, Preferred Dental, Cigna Dental, DenteMax, Dental Wellness Partners, United Concordia, United Healthcare and Aetna.

If a patient is insured by another insurance company, it is our policy that their care is paid for at the time of treatment.  We will bill the insurance as a courtesy to our patients, electronically, so that our patients are reimbused in an expeditious manner (usually within two weeks).

If necessary, we offer our patients the option of financing through Care Credit or Chase Unicorn.  These companies offer 3-12 month interest free monthly payment loans for credit-qualified patients.
